  Rigatoni Bolognese  A viral food trend began on January 2020 demanding for everyone to eat a bowl of rigatoni pasta on May 24th, 2021. No one understood the origins or the purpose of this demand but it seems that the shared love for pasta was a strong enough binding factor. Despite the movement losing its momentum, the community persevered and held their promises. Grocery store shelves began to run out of rigatoni as teens raced to gather the ingredients for the big day.

  Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins This recipe is the perfect time-efficient and delicious healthy snack you can incorporate into your everyday diet. It can be quickly whipped up in a blender but the taste and texture resemble those of professionally baked products you get at your local bakery.       Ingredients: 6 cups almond flour  3 ripe bananas  3 large eggs  1/2 tsp baking powder  1/2 tsp baking soda  1 tsp cinnamon  1/4 cup chocolate chips  1/4  thinly sliced almonds 1 tsp vanilla extract        Instructions: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.  In a food processor or blender mash your ripe bananas with your eggs and vanilla extract. Then add your cinnamon, baking powder and soda.
